Hisagi Shuuhei! Great character from "Bleach"! Though he's not the main character (or not even secondary character), but he's 9th Division Lieutant, so his position is rather high. I love his face tatoos, he's got many of them, but they look nice!

since i havent seen him that much so far in the anime (i watch dubbed anime) so its hard to know what he's like but he's cool to me X3 and cute haha i love his scars and tattoo's you know how theres at least one guy you like well hisagi is the guy i like haha (no feeling but you know) and if kanisawa(or zawa) didnt get killed i'd think they'd be a couple haha

Nice Icon Of Hisagi! COOL! Just so you know, his leaf eye scars are not tattoos, hopefully you know that. Other than that, I know the '69' is, but the patch across his face...not certain.
